john birkbeck JOHN BIRKBECK was a late bloomer, and had not published any poetry until he was in his middle forties. This would have been in the middle 'Seventies. Since then he has published five books of poetry and have appeared in several magazines and journals world-wide. At present, he is the host and producer of a local cable TV show called "The Poets' Corner."
